Wooguru (ウォーグル) is the Valor Pokemon. Its name derives from "war" and "eagle." It is Normal / Flying, weighs 41kg, and stands 1.5m tall. One of its abilities is Keen Eye and it can learn a new attack called Free Fall (フリーフォール). Free Fall involves the Pokemon grabbing the opponent, lifting it into the air, and then on the next turn throwing it to the ground.
The names we posted on Friday have been confirmed:
Rankurusu (ランクルス) is the black / purple Pokemon that looks like a woman; its name partly derives from "chaos." It is a Psychic-type, stands 1.6m tall, and one of its two abilities is Magic Guard, which was previously exclusive to the Clefable line.
Gochiruzeru (ゴチルゼル) is the green, cell-shaped Pokemon; its name partly derives from "cell."
Kibago (キバゴ) is the green Pokemon that slightly resembles Larvitar; "kiba" means "fangs."

Second Photo
Musharna (ムシャーナ) is apparently the evolution of Munna. The magazine says the Pokemon has a secret related to something called Dream Smoke (ゆめのけむり).
Right now, we're not sure what Dream Smoke is. This is all we can see from the photo: "Get 'Dream Smoke' and you will be able to receive a 'Game Sync,' which allows you to go to the Pokemon Global Link." Apparently, Dream Smoke has something to do with uploading your Black and White save file to the Internet (the Pokemon Global Link) and is somehow related to Musharna.
The woman's name is Makomo (マコモ) and she is Professor Araragi's friend.

Other Photos
Third and Fourth Photo: One version will exclusively feature White Forest while the other version will exclusively feature Black City; Black City is in the third photo while White Forest is in the fourth.
Fifth and Sixth Photo: These are two childhood friends of the main character. The blond girl's name is Beru and the other girl is named Cheren, the latter of which we saw in the Oha Suta trailer from two weeks ago.
Seventh Photo: Ken Sugimori artwork of the Pokemon Kibago, Koromori, and Minezumi. Koromori's silhouette was on Kurt's hat in The Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark.
Eighth Photo: This man is a mysterious person named N. Next to him, the magazine says, "Pokemon are 'FRIENDS!'"

Today's Diamond and Pearl episode just ended in Japan, and at the end of it, a preview for September's Black and White anime aired: it is to be called Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes. During the video, it shows a silhouette of a new girl and boy. This same girl was in a character sheet that was being passed around the Internet earlier this week - a character sheet that contains pictures of new Pokemon! Since the girl is now real, this means the Pokemon shown in it are real - we thus have four new Pokemon! You can watch the video of the preview as well as see the character sheet with the new Pokemon below. The girl is named Iris and will be joining Ash in his journeys though Isshu, while the bat Pokemon above her is named Coromori. You can also see Tsutaaja's and Mijumaru's evolutions. The other Pokemon's names are too hard to read.

Japanese variety show Oha Suta has shown a new trailer for Pokémon Black & White which showed a video containing a lot of new Pokémon. We'll provide pictures shortly.
First we have Ononokusu (オノノクス), the mantis like Pokémon
Next is Doryuuzu (ドリュウズ) a mole with a giant claw on its tail
Next is Desukan (デスカーン), the sarcophagus-esque Pokémon with ghostly arms
Then Denchura (デンチュラ )is shown, which appears to be a Tarantula
Finally is Moguryu (モグリュー), the baby mole Pokémon seen in the below screenshot.
It appears that Doryuuzu may be Moguryu's evolution. It also revealed a Grass-type attack called Grass Mixer (グラスミキサー) and one called Drill Liner (ドリルライナー). We also know of a new are called White High-Link (ホワイトのハイリンク) which has your trainer transform into what may be a multiplayer avatar and the link up with the internet we mentioned earlier this month is called the Pokémon Global Link. Its functions are still unknown
It also confirms that there are now Three on Three battles. There is also a brand new option in the battle menu in what appeared to be a trainer battle. Along with Fight, Run & Pokémon and Shooter. It is unknown what Shooter is for or what use it has. These Pokémon have been added to the new Pokémon section with the little details we know.

Someone else on Japanese forum 2ch has gotten a hold of CoroCoro magazine and has taken pictures of all its Black and White pages with their camera phone. All of their photos are below, and you can click them for larger images; use your left and right arrow keys to scroll through them like a slideshow. The photos are extremely blurry, but from what we can tell all of the information posted earlier today is mentioned and thus validated, including the names of the starter Pokemon. All of the information from the previous update has been updated and reposted below along with the previous CoroCoro scans. Hiun City is Isshu's central city, pictured in the scans. "Hiun" means "bad luck" or "misfortune." It can also mean "clouds being blown by the wind."
The main characters are older than ever before; they are not children.
Tsutaaja (ツタージャ) is the Grass Snake Pokemon, its ability is Overgrow, it is 0.6 m (2 ft) tall, and it weighs 8.1 kg (17.9 lbs). "Tsuta" means "ivy" and "ja" is one way of saying the word "snake."
Pokabu (ポカブ) is the Fire Pig Pokemon, its ability is Blaze, it stands 0.6 m (2 ft) tall, and it weighs 9.9 kg (21.9 lbs). The name derives from "pokapoka," which means "warm" in Japanese, and "bu," the sound a pig makes in Japanese culture (here it's "oink").
Mijumaru (ミジュマル) is the Sea Otter Pokemon, its ability is Torrent, it is 0.5 m (1.6 ft) tall, and it weighs 5.9 kg (13 lbs). "Mijuku" means "immature" and "maru" means "round" or "ball."
Zorua and Zoroark's ability is called Illusion (イリュージョン). It allows the two Pokemon to take on the appearance of other Pokemon.
Two new attacks are Trickery (イカサマ), which outputs damage depending on the opposing Pokemon's stats, and Claw Sharpen (つめとぎ), which raises your Attack and Accuracy. These are attacks that Zoroark can learn.
If you trade over the shiny Entei, Suicune, or Raikou from the the Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark movie ticket preorders, you can battle and capture a Level 25 Zoroark. During the battle, the Monster Fox Pokemon will take on the appearance of the Pokemon you traded over, and at several points it will revert to its original form (probably when weak). When it does, you can attempt to capture it.

TV Tokyo's description for May 16th's Pokemon Sunday episode states that the show will be announcing special fifth generation news: "Pokemon Black and White's three starters, shocking battle scenes, and more will be revealed to the public!" The episode's title is "New Pokemon Game and Movie Scoop Back-to-Back Special!" Thanks goes to Bangiras for these translations.

This week, the show is going to reveal at least one new Pokemon. They may just flat-out show us a new Pokemon or they could tease us with the silhouettes of the three starters (being the new Pokemon they promised) and then reveal them in full on next week's episode. Either way, CoroCoro's May 15th issue will have the same content as the show's two upcoming episodes. Since scans of the magazine will probably be leaked on the Internet around the 10th, we'll more than likely have the artwork of the starter Pokemon and everything else before next week's episode.

New Pokémon to be Revealed Next Week?

The first details of next week's Pokémon Sunday episode have been revealed, due to air on May 9th JST. The episode is called Baba Takes On Battle Practice! & New Pokemon - XX (馬場隊員がバトル修行に挑む!&新ポケモンの××) which indicated that a New Pokémon shall be revealed. However, Pokémon Sunday very rarely reveals things first so it may be a misinterpretation. We could also just get a sihlouette. In addition to this, yaminokame has informed me that in the variety show part, a person called Baba lost his Rayquaza in a battle and he theorises that the new Pokémon is a new Pokémon in his team, plus the synopsis of the episode makes no mention of an announcement. We're currently unsure as to the likelihood of either possibility but as always, the prospects of brand new Pokémon are exciting which is why I'm informing you like this but it is still best not to get your hopes up. We'll bring details and confirmation either way as soon as we can so be sure to check back.

RUMOUR: Fifth Generation Pokémon Revealed?

Normally I don't post rumours such as this, but these two pictures seen on the right have been posted in the Japanese image boards and they seem to be believing it also. If these scans are legitimate, it reveals the sihlouetted Pokémon and its apparent pre-evolution. With thanks to yaminokame for translations, we have the details posted in the scan.
First, the pre-evolution Pokémon is called Zoroa (ゾロア) and is a Dark-type Pokémon. Its classification is Evil Fox Pokémon, it is 0.7m tall and 12.5kg
Secondly, the Pokémon in the sihlouette is said to be called Zoroaaku (ゾロアーク)and is also a Dark-type Pokémon. Its classification is Monster Fox Pokémon, it is 1.6m tall and 81.1kg
Remember, this is possible to be a fake, albeit a very convincing one but fakes are becoming that good as of late, and it is a bit early for leaks, so don't take it as fact yet. We'll bring more on this as and when it comes so be sure to check back

In an announcement today, the Pokémon Company has revealed that a brand-new Pokémon RPG is set to be released later this year for the Nintendo DS. Further details are unavailable at this time.

The article mentions that the game or games will feature a brand-new Pokémon and that "everything is planned to be born anew," leading many to believe that these games are the currently hoped for fifth generation of games. This would be an interesting turn for the series to take, as two generations have never shared the primary console; while Generation II could be played on a regular Game Boy, it was designed with the Game Boy Color in mind.

The February 2010 edition of CoroCoro, due out in only a few weeks, is set to reveal a "surprising announcement", which could be related to this game, as well as the upcoming Pokémon movie, Phantom Ruler Z. With no Generation V Pokémon yet revealed, this would make for the shortest amount of time between the revelation of a brand-new Pokémon and its debut in the main series.
